Been to this outlet 2 times. The restaurant is quite big but tables are very closely arranged. Food is affordable and delicious. Their standard of food across the island are the same. The taste and quality never disappoint. Every outlets are understaffed but their service and attentiveness is excellent. Wide selection of food and desserts. You can top up $2.90 for free flow of self service cold and hot drinks. Note: There is no service charge.

Although we stay at Tampines and there is a branch at Tampines but we still prefer Simei branch bcos their staffs are very polite and cheerful and prompt attention.The portion of the food is bigger then others branch. The environment is peaceful and cozy, sitting in the restaurant will make you feel very comfortable like home that you don't feel like leaving. When you enter the restaurant, the staffs would always put you in comfortable sitting. After meal when you paid the bill, the staffs will ask for your feedback. They are constantly improving their service. Saizeriya Simei, thank you, all staffs have done a good job, keep it up, I will always be back.

3-3.5 stars depending on what you order Food quality: Seems to differ based on location. + Grilled meat are reasonable. - Pasta here is a bit hard and sauces are rather diluted. +- Baked escargots are average tho a little salty. Food portion / Price: + Known for affordable prices. +- Portions are getting smaller and seem to have shrunk even more after inflation and GST increase though prices haven’t increased. Service: Order via QR through mobile. Food is served relatively quickly. Crowd: Always a crowd especially during meal times. However restaurant has lots of space and turnover is reasonably quick. Payment: + Card, cash accepted.

The chairs were cracked! Serving a spoiled steak without an apology! I originally gave this restaurant a 5-star rating five years ago because, for an affordable place serving decent food, diners don't have overly high expectations. However, after experiencing a spoiled steak, broken chairs, and lousy service there, even the most tolerant diner wouldn't consider giving you 5 stars. [Service Bell] Spoiled Steak The steak had one side that had gone bad, clearly due to thawing too early. I know this from experience because I've done it myself! Especially with steaks that weren't fresh to begin with, once thawed, even if kept refrigerated, the meat can spoil. But when I provided feedback to the customer service, they insisted that the meat had just been delivered in the morning and wasn't spoiled. This attitude is both ignorant and deflecting responsibility! Not even a simple apology. This restaurant doesn't allow pets, yet the chairs have cracks big enough to scratch your legs, looking like they've been chewed on by a dog. The restaurant doesn't seem to care to replace them. The furniture is in such bad condition, and they still have the audacity to remain open. The current serving crews make a loud noise when placing dishes on the tables, and it's obvious that it's deliberate. They don't find it inappropriate because if it were an accidental loud noise, any normal person would apologize, but they don't! For a place with poor quality ingredients, a bad environment, and bad service, even the issue of small portions and not getting enough to eat isn't worth mentioning anymore.
